چکیده
Both inosine and guanosine are precursors of uric acid that may cause the diseases hyperuricemia gout in humans. Here, a promising bacterial strain for efficiently biodegrading both was successfully isolated from healthy human intestine identified as Bacillus paranthracis YD01 with 16S rRNA analysis. An initial amount 49.6 mg·L−1 or 49.9 completely removed by within 12 h, which showed had strong ability to biodegrade guanosine. Furthermore, 49.2 49.5 totally catalyzed intracellular crude enzymes 6 49.7 biodegraded extracellular 9 h. Illumina Hiseq sequencing database gene annotation were used elucidate genomic characteristics B. YD01. Purine nucleoside phosphorylase, encoded 1785, 3933, 4403, found KEEG database, played crucial role biodegradation The results this study provide valuable insights into mechanisms using

The crystal structure of guanosine dihydrate and inosine dihydrate.
Crystals of the dihydrates of guanosine (C10H13NsOs) and inosine (C10H12N405) are nearly isostructural. They are monoclinic, space group P21, with cell dimensions a= 17·518, b= 11 ·502, c= 6·658 A, P=98·17° (guanosine) and a=17·573, b=11·278, c=6-654A, P=98·23° (inosine). There are two nucleoside molecules and four water molecules per asymmetric unit. Data were collected on an automated diffrac...
متن کاملBiodegradation of Xanthan Gum by Bacillus sp.
Strains tentatively identified as Bacillus sp. were isolated from sewage sludge and soil and shown to elaborate extracellular enzymes that degrade the extracellular polysaccharide (xanthan gum, polysaccharide B-1459) of Xanthomonas campestris NRRL B-1459. Enzyme production by one strain was greatly enhanced when the strain was incubated in a mixed culture. Products of degradation were identifie...
متن کاملBiodegradation of pendimethalin by Bacillus circulans
A bacterium capable of degrading herbicide, pendimethalin, was isolated from the contaminated soil by enrichment culture technique and identified as Bacillus circulans. The organism grew on pendimethalin (1 g/L) as the sole source of carbon and accumulated 6-aminopendimethalin and 3,4-dimethyl 2,6-dinitroaniline as metabolites in the culture medium. The cell-free extract of B. circulans grown o...
متن کاملQuinoline Biodegradation by Bacillus Licheniformis Strain CRC-75
A bacterial culture was isolated from oil-contaminated soil based on its ability to metabolize the quinoline as the sole source of nitrogen. In this research Bacillus licheniformis strain was identified based on the result of 16S rRNA analysis. Optimized conditions were obtained with full factorial experimental design method using design expert software at temperature: 32<...
